Uind gold shadow blade

Hi, i just found a Uind gold max dmg shadow blade req 8 and was wondering if it was worth alot of gold or would be better to take the chance and hoping for something good...
btw when ever i find gold items they normaly suck thats why i haven't id it yet :P

please anwser if you know what its worth
