I was bored pretty much tonight, decided to try some uw solo runs. I was doing it for fun, not farming. To be honest the "run" was so painfully slow, that we shouldn't call it farming.
My build is a "bit" different from the full trap build.
Skills:
Favorable winds - extra damage + works well with trapping
Troll - selfheal
Strom Chaser - run
Flame Trap - damage
Dust trap - damage
Apply Poison - degen
Hunter's Shot - degen
Barrage - damage
Attribs:
Exp: 11
Ws : 12
Mms: 14
Start on the left side, lure the 3 aataxes. There are two spirits standing there, you can hide between the spirits. The aataxes wont attack you if u hide carefully, just stand there. -> use barrage
Ok now comes the slow part, the other stationary aataxes won't follow you to the spirits, that's why i loaded hunter's + poison. Lure, degen, run away. Repeat.
Taking the 5k xp quest(you should have cleared the labirinth from the aataxes by now).
Unfortunately you can't degen Grasping Darknesses, that's why we have two traps. I found this part crucial, because you will hardly run away from these, and the "hiding behind spirit" technique doesn't work either. I just dropped fav wind and trapped it as much as i can. Then lure, hide behind spirit, and barrage the Darknesses.
You can clear the first quest area with the technique above.(careful luring is a must near the reaper)
Terrorwebs: The degen - run away technique works on them(u can try dropping some traps if you want), but it's pretty hard and slow.
I wanted to go for some smiters, but unfortunately made a mistake and got flattened by an aataxe.
Drops: One ecto dropped from a terrorweb + one key from a grasping. And of course loads of crap.
Duration: ca 2 hours.
