PC on this Rare (never saw it before) Symbol

I'm wondering is this skin really rare, cuz i havent saw something like this before. Thanks. And if is how much it would cost ?

the pimp cup? ... not sure of a pc beings yes its rare with decent mods but im better at pcing when it has % based mods

i had one of those once....put it on the price check section and was informed that it isnt that rare at all, but worth a little more than regular divine symbols...

I believe what was said that the skin itself is not rare.... just like tribal axes, sickles etc.... but ones with good mods are worth alot... and would think you could probally get 10k or so... who knows
