nope I saw your thread, and really, an item is only worth what someone will pay, but for 10-15k I'd rather salvage and try for the 40k mod 
but it's a nice sword for PvP and UW

I like while hexed swords myself... I think they are under rated...

sure as long as its 20% while or 15% vs i like them just fine ... but i wont do anything less that maxd% mods on them

with the 20% hexed mod on swords, people would normally opt for a 3/-1 vampiric or 1/-1 zealous hilt (farming purposes)
because it is sundering you can advertise for more...but i say expect the lower end (around 30k)

imo its a great pvp sword ... keep in mind i mainly see axes there but this could also be used well for FoW soloing with a W/Me and the spider cave ... you spend most the time hexed
