That just means +7 Energy. Pretty useless IMO because if you are trying to hide energy from an E-Denial Mes, why not just put on a shield and have no energy? -5 Weps are much easier to sell and this looks like merch food.

agreed too bad ... with a req 7 youd think it would have better mods ... and yes i know req doesnt have anything to do with it :P

usually when people use offhands to counter e-denial they use the cities of ascalon quest reward that gives 3 energy (6 if you meet the req) and -5 giving -2 energy
