R/N touch build?

What kind of staff does a typical R/N touch build use?

And what kind of focus do you use?

I'd take a Staff with +HP and +armor, Damage doesn't really matter as you don't use it to deal any. You don't really need +5 energy (I use OoB).

For the offhand, I always take the - 1 energy regen +15 energy and the -1 energy +15 energy offhand. That way I can switch if I get blasted by a mesmer.

I would use the quest reward staff from the quest "Fires In The East", it gives +13 energy, so adding a Insightful head and a Fortiude wrapping gives your ranger a total of 50 energy that is, of course, assuming you are using Druids armor.

I pretty much use collector items. Can't go wrong with a 20/20 staff.
