Heres an idea, a Gambling NPC.

He would run like a weekly lotto that would allow you to win whatever amount there was based on the number of ticket buyers.

You would be limited to 1 entry a week, and of course its random so anyone has a chance of winning the jackpot.

Things of that nature, other ways to gain/lose money. ^^ i think it would be fun and easy to implement.

I think it would be a lot of fun to have a lottery. My only question is how

would the winners be able to hold all of their winnings? For example say the

lottery pot had 5g put into it for every ticket sold and the tickets cost like 1k.

Now lets say 300,000 people bought into the lottery. How would the winner

be able to hold all of his winnings?

I'd rather there be some kind of mini-game, like, football (soccer, real football, not that american "sport"), but instead of a ball, just have like, a charr head.

Either that or Billiards and I'm game.

What about that gambeling guy in Diablo 2 LOD, he shows you weapons and gives you a price, and you buy it. It goes purple/blue/gold, and from crap to perfect items.
