WTB +5 energy [+5 w. enchanted or +5^50 ], 20% recharge inspiration rod/wand

I'm looking for a wand with +5 energy, while enchanted is prefered but 5^50 is also ok. It should have a 20% recharge bonus on inspiration skills.

Max dmg and req 10 inspiration or divine would be nice, but that's not important.

Is there really nobody with a item like this? It doesn't have to be perfect, I only really want the +5 energy, lower inspiration recharge or "only" 8-10% spell recharge is also fine.
