Capping Foc?

Alright..now I'm getting pissed!! I spent a good 2hrs last night getting my henchie group to dreadnoughts..did really good owned all the way there. I made my necro SS for the occasion with arcane echo...so i get to Dreads and my party gets absurdly owned by the Stone Summit there!!! If i try to pull some away from the mob it doesn't matter because they all charge my group. So any suggestions on how to approach these mobs..should I change up to MM or something...I just can't believe I made it there with the henchies just to get owned by the huge..huge mob of summit..I'd be greatful for any tips or advice.. Spiteful spirt
parasidic bond
enfeebling blood
blood well
rez
cap
price of failure (think this 1 was a waste of a slot)

yeah, i remember having tons of trouble trying to cap FoC myself. I did it as MM with henchie group though... I could help you on your next journey up there if you want :\

Yeah, I capped it yesterday. First, I got there with a group of henchies. Everything was well until I got error 7'd in the face RIGHT before Maw died. Then I had a friend come along, and he hindered me more than helped. I think I was doing this for 4-5 hours....

Once in DD, it is possible but difficult, to weave hench between the patrols and avoid all combat except for Maw.

That's how I did it, because yea, hench get spanked up there.

DO NOT ENGAGE THAT SUMMIT MOB!!

When you get in wait for a second for patrols to shift, kill the giants and wait for the huge summit mob to bunch up, run past them to the right and get out of their range. Kill the small mob of gnashers/shadows, if it was gnashers shadows will jump out straight after, turn right again, kill the giants and you're done.
