Iwas filming with fraps earlier today to show a friend from school how to solo troll farm, when it came to uploading it/sending it. the file must have had about 7 digits O.o summit like 3472964KB. can anyone help me make them smaller? another big problem, it only filmed about 10 seconds of it, help!!

a: make it shorter (less time)
b: make it play back faster (also less time)
c: reduce the quality
d: encode using a better format (like xvid)

I've got over the file sizes, i downloaded a programme that changes the format to xvid and another that i can't remember. But there all still only around 10-15 seconds long, i managed to get a 1min 20 video somehow, but i dont know how, i just cant figure it out

Do you have windows movie maker? There's a nice function when saving to choose the target size for the file, of course it saves as wmv.
