Gold round shield?

Hey! I am new to guildwars and found a gold round shield, might as well use this awesome forum I thought, to learn what things are worth
If anyone could tell me what the shield is worth I'd be happy

Here goes:

Round shield
Armor: 16 (Require 12 Tactics)
Health +46 (while hexed)


is this worth anything?


I can also ask about another shield:
purple shield

Reinforced buckler
Armor: 16 (Requires 10 Tactics)
Recieved damage -14 (chance 14%)

1- merchant
2- 1k or merchant
