Mods do not matter...

IF it has any recharge skill or enchantments last 17+ longer would be nice. clean would be better if its not thoes mods.

MAX spending limit will be 30k depending on if it has enchantment mod or anything. IT CANNOT have + life bonus

u mean the pre long sword? (thats the only one with +5% skill casting, there are no other swords with such mod that looks like a crystalline)
