As long as hibernation gets distracted, it should all go fine (provided the hench can cope with the hexes/uber damage whatnot)
Life Barrier on the whole party, and someone with inspired hex is VERY handy, as you cant steal glints skills, so inspired hex works as a great hex removal, giving you energy income AND no recharge, for that nasty exhaustion casuing one, and bonds at the end.

I've killed Glint with my mesmer + 7 henches once. I went to cap one elem skill and desided to kill Glint just in the end. I didn't have any kind of res cause of capture signet, so in the end there was only me, Reyna and Orion alive... (What was Orion doing in my party?! 
)

I don't know if it was a somewhat recent update or what, but honestly Glint seems much easier than before. Honestly, all you really need is some moderate to high damage output along with some decent interruption. I easily beat it on my Ranger, no henchmen dropped below 75% health, except for Stefan dying one time, which I ressed him right away. I used Savage Shot, Distracting Shot, Barrage and Power Shot to take her down. I also beat it on my Necromancer/Mesmer with henchmen, using SS, Spinal Shivers, Suffering, Power Spike, Power Leak. Degen spells such as Conjure Phantasm and Life Siphon also work good.

Alesia/Lina kept trying to kill me while I tried to Grenth's Balance Glint. I had to wait until the exhuastion set in to where they couldn't heal me but I would keep the egg in her aggro so Glint would only attack me. Her fireballs are easy enough to dodge, and wild blow ends that crystal stance for the hench. and savage slash for the hibernation.
