-5 energy still worth anything?

I found a flame artifact today:
Energy +12 (req 9 fire)
Armor +4
Energy -5

Don't remember if the update a while back somewhat nerfed the use of -5 items.

Is this worth anything?

no...

-5 energy 1 handed weapons are still worth something and so is -energy scroll from a quest... this isn't worth anything
