Price Check on Insightful Holy Staff of Fortitude

I'm wondering your thoughts on the worth of this staff. I got it from someone who was quitting the game in my guild. I'd really rather not try to salvage anything from it, as both the mods seem to be quite good and i've had alot of bad luck with salvages I know it isn't gold, and it is a modded collectors weapon, but the mods on it are either perfect or near perfect and just from your guide its worth from 15k - 28k. I mean even if I sold the weapon for half the cost of the mods i'd have a decent gain on it. Its not like 40k + but, i'm not rich and so even a small gain like this helps me considerably. ... first off you cant exp salvage a collectors item 2ndly this would be worth 5k tops
