I'm all for making refunds in-town only. Not only does this solution make sense, but it also fits with their current model of skill changes. There's no limited number of times you can change your skills in combat (read: zero), so why should there be a limited number of times to reset attributes? It's not like anyone brings skills they have zero attribute for; that would just end up being counterproductive. You'd waste skill slots; two or three of your abilities would be utterly useless at any given time.
