FoW Bonder Build

Can anyone tell me a bonder build for FoW? ANd, who do I bond when I have book and dont have book?

I hate having to say it already...please use the search button and since this is a reletively small part of the gwg forums, please look through the monk section. I've posted my fow bonder build before and there are NUMEROUS topics about FoW bonding, SF bonding, and bonding in general. closed.
