Will i be able to get/capture prophecies skills in factions PvE campaign?

If you have only Faction key then check the link below. Only core skills are available at Faction campaign too. If you want all skills, you must have Prophecies account too merged with Faction key so you have access to both regions.

Eventually, yes. I think you have to be ascended (or have passed a certain landmark in the game) to be able to access the Factions PvE content, and vice versa.

Core skills = available at both Prophecies and Factions regions
melandrus resilence is not core skill so it can be found only at Prophecies region. However, you can use it in Factions region too.

yea i know what is core, prophecies and factions item.
the question is: Can i get melandrus resilience in FACTIONS campaign? like a quest reward or from trainer, if my pve char hasnt played prophecies.

As long as you own Prophecies and travel to Tyria.

You do realize that nobody has played Factions yet, other than a couple of preview weekends? So we really don't know what skill trainers and captures will be available and how a merged account affects them, if at all.

Yes... Odds are, there were will be some new skills that can only be gained in factions... and conversely, only some that can be gained in prophesies/chapter 1.

Melandru's Resilience is an elite skill, since it's not a core skill, you'll have to get it in Tyria. That said, there may be a Canthan elite that has similar effects.
