A runners truncheon.

Hi,

I found a truncheon with the following stats :

damage : negligable
armour +5 against physical
received damage = -1 (10% chance)

This seems a single handed weapon for a runner.

What would it's value be ?

i find the stats hilarious though ... what is this a quest item?
