Question about runes

Actually it's 2 questions so my title is misleading

1) What runes do you monks put into your armor? I finally have a monk in Droknar's and even own a couple of the Droknar's armor pieces.

2) Is only 1 rune of each type allowed per amor -set-? For instance, if I put a major of healing in my head tattoo (which, incidentally sounds painful), I assume that I can't put one anywhere else since the effects don't stack?

2. Runes do not stack, a major and a minor of the same type (e.g. Divine favor) will only add +2 of the major.

For my playstyle in PVE

12 Divine Flavor (Scalp + minor rune) 10 + 2
11 Healing (minor rune) 10+1
11 Protection (mayor rune ) 9+2
the rest in Inspiration
Mayor rune of Vigor for 40hp (will swich it to a superior if I ever find one)

I have noticed that using a combination of Healing/Protection is energy efficient with Aegis and Protective spirit. Plus I can heal with Mend Ailment for about the same amount as Orison Healing and more if there is more than 1 condition.
