PC on gold Shadow Bow and Shadow Blade please

I'd like a PC on these 2 items please:

Shadow Blade:
dmg: 15-22, req 10
dmg+15%^50

wish that req was 1 or 2 lower, though

Icy Shadow Bow of Enchanting
Cold dmg 15-22 req 9
dmg +19% BELOW 50%
+16% enchantments


any ideas on values?

I think the Shadow blade is a little bit higher, but I agree with the second PC.
