Here's my comment regarding this;

Trust, charity, and generousity are NOT one in the same. Simply because people may or may not trust a stranger does not reflect on any of their other traits.

I'm going to close the thread, the idea did have merit but people are rightfully cautious and should not be criticized for protecting what they have earned or being a bit leery of others.
