PC on Shadow Bow re8

Hi there, I had a good drop, wich was a:

Shadow Bow
Fire Dmg: 15-28 (req 8)
Dmg + 13
Energy -5
Armor + 6 (vs Elem)


and case I buy upgrades to it as become as:

Shadow Bow
Dmg: 15-28 (req 8)
Dmg + 13
Energy -5
Armor Penetration 10% (10% chance)
Health + 30


so can someone tell me a PC wich would worth the normal bow and the bow upgraded (for I see if will worth buy the upgrades)

max dmg req8, dmg+13 ALWAYS, worth 5K??????

I know i'm very bad PC items, but this thing must worth more for sure..., after all is req8 (wich make worth just the 5K maybe) and is dmg+13% ALWAYS....

10k, if u spend like an hour in droks maybe u can sell for like 20k
