Permanent Ban Code 45- Why????

I have just got a message on my account that I have been permanently banned from the game- a 'code 45'.

I am not a bot, do not use it, and as far as I am aware have never had any complaints lodged against me- indeed, my ingame friends all know me as useful and helpful.

I do a lot of farming- don't we all? Recently I have spent a lot of time soloing portions of FOW with a build I came up with myself- this is me, not a bot doing this.

Needless to say, I am very upset by this - to be banned without warning from a game I play so much, with no chance to even get any sort of warning, or even be able to speak to a human being about it, is very frustrating.

Needless to say I am talking to my guildies about this on vent, so they are aware of the situation, and hopefully before too long aanet will realise they have made a mistake here and reinstate my account and apologise!

Please submit a support ticket. This topic has been closed because these topics have a tendency to lead to over-speculation by posters, and even flaming. The only people that know why you're banned are the staff of Arenanet, and as much as people would like to help, nobody here can, unfortunately.
