where do you get that one shield(crimson carpace, max defence?) that gives health and reduced damage when in stances? and what do you have to trade for it? i tried using the search thing, but it was down, and i didnt know where to look (i dont even know if this is the right section).

Lord Dorn Lendrigen north of Thirsty River. He takes 3 Bleached Shells (I think now - it used to be 5 Bleached Shells).
