What is a good way to capture a video of say...a farming run, or a PvP match. What is a good program to use? Where can I find it?

I'm looking for something:

1) Free
2) Easy to Use
3) Decent Quality.

Sourceforge (all freeware) but some will be more buggy then others. Taksi caught my eye right off the bat.

I own Fraps so I've not been hunting for alternatives lately.
