b/p simply stands for "barrage / pet" most Rangers have 5 skills in common
1. Barrage
2. Charm Animal
3. Comfort Animal
4. Resurection Signet (or if you are a /mo a rez skill)
5. Troll Ungent
Then for the last 3 available slots there are a few variants.
Some people use the last 3 slots for interupt skills
Some people use the last 3 slots for Increased damage skills (Mini Conjur Build/JI for example)
Some people waste the slots on random stuff
some people put some well intentioned spirits there and 2 other attack skills
Some people bring Healing Springs and 2 other traps
Some people go beastmaster

The Build atributes realy varry to taste...

My attributes after minor runes and a superior rune of marksmanship on a marksmanship mask are:
12 Beast Mastery
11 Expertise
14 Marksmanship

I find this to be an excellent build. If you need to carry Winnowing instead, you can drop a couple of levels out of Beast Mastery (drops TF duration from 10 seconds to 9) to put in Wilderness Survival.

Why no self heals? Well...if you need to depend on Troll Unguent, you're already dead. Even if you do manage the three seconds to cast it without being interrupted, it'll take less than three seconds for a Grasp of Insanity to tear you apart. Take Throw Dirt. Defensively, it's much better.
