I know, I know, these are purples. But I know that hiding energy is important to counter against energy depleters. So are these worth anything or are they just SS?

Flame artifact wont give you a negative energy. If you meet the 12 req you will have a net of +7 energy and if you dont meet the req you will still have a net of +1 energy.
