first: i found a 12% enchanting mod for my fiery flame spitter, will it be effective for the uw 2-man build?
sencond: if its not how much will a 15% cost me?

Will a 12% enchantment be effective? Yes, it will. But nowhere near as effective as percentages upwards to 20. Fun math.
A 15% pommel would barely even cost 1k, but is very hard to find in the sellers market because most players tend to trash a 15%.
