You can also buy a CD key from the PlayNC site and just download the client. It's free to download the client, you just can't play with out a Key.

one more question. i been to www.guildwars.com and here and i see there is a clinet here and there(sry if i spelled it wrong) but is there a difference or what. what do these do, do they change the from servers or what?
