Thought it is worth about 5k, like all -5 energy artifacts; but this one has 20% ispiration recharge .. and it is a lot used in these times for E drain.

-5 energy is only good if it actually lowers your energy... this has 12 - 5... if you don't meet the req then I think you still get like 7 energy... so it'd still be +2... merch imo... get other opinons....

It is +6 -5 = +1 energy. Still better +1 energy and +4/5 armor then +0 energy +0 armor. This one has +20% inspiration recharge in addition .. just hoped it could be valueable.
