Caping?

Ive been reading the forums and skills listing now for a while, and i as a ranger would realy like to have this "Barrage {Elite}" skill, now ive understood that i can get it in the "Markis in Iron Mines" quest. So ive got 3 questions.

1) is the "Markis in Iron Mines" in the Iron Horse mine or is it a seperate mine?
2) How do i get the skill to cap?
3) to cap the skill shall i use it on the mob when its allmost dead or at anytime? can it fail?

Markis is in Iron Mines of moladune, a mission city in shiverpeaks.

If u want to cap the skill, find markis in that mission, kill him and use Signet of capture (u may get it at skill trainer, starting off from lions arch and further).

Oh and i almost forgot, u can be interrupted, but that doesnt almost ever happen in pve(almost, that is in the situations within u die)

So i have to get to Lion's arch before i can get the Signet of Capture?

However, to let you know how far away you are from capping it:

northern shiverpeaks (I think you are here)
LA Region (kryta)
Another region
Yet another region
Southern shiverpeaks (this is where you get the Iron Mines mission)

So it might take you some time before you are ready to cap it.
