if you can find a person that does have 13 sword, it will sell right away for atleast 100-150.

i'd salvage...

anyways req effects the selling price of an item..
there is req7 but prices on these vary

req8 sell for the most
req13 the least

just because u add 100k worth of mods doesnt mean that item is now worth 100k
