PC on two bows

Hi Everyone I need your advise for two gold bows...

First : gold Icy Horn Bow of warding (mursaat)

- 15-28 req 10
- Damage+14% (while in a stance)
- the others two bonuses are weak, I'll put a health+30 and an armor penetration 10/10 if I can get a good price

Second : gold Sundering Longbow of Fortitude (the one with the good skin)
-15-28 req 9
- Damage+14% (health above 50%)
- there's an health +27 and sundering 10/7 but I can mod it too...
