PC on a near Perfect IVORY bow plz

hi i would like to have this bow pC'ed if you have a clue plz help the stats are:

(gold)
max dmg req (10)
15^50%
Perfect Sundering Mod
and Near perfect marksminship mod is 19%

(also if not too much to ask what would be the price difference if the flesh skin horn bow is req 10 instead of 9)

Ivory about 30-50k
Flesh, id say about 30-50k as well

ivory 50-60 imo

Horn 20k imo

I sold an Ivory Bow with those Exact mods (15^50 10/10 +1 19% req 10) for 45k or something, pc imo ~50 maybe 60k if you try hard enough.
Horn: ~20-25k

ivory 60-80k
flesh 15-20k

ivory 75k
flesh 25k
