Location = ???

Hey all,

I'm sorry if this is a noob question, and i've used search but its disabled :S, I don't think its a noob quesiton, but i'l lsee what you all say.

At a location between ToA and Beetletun in Northern Kryta there is a point with lots of Oaken hearts (ok not specific cos they popuplat this rea) but anyway, you can head north, and find a beach, this beach has out on an island some form of castle/temple, and also another one landside, but behnd rocks.

After alot of walking i cant find anyway to either of these 2 places (no screens yet, will try to get some), and no maps I look at hold the answer. can anybody tell me what these 2 places are, and if I can get to them if at all?

I know what you're talking about (or at least I have an idea). Many of us have tried. It's just a terrain piece which was probably put there for some idea they had, or a possible future expansion place. You can't get there and it holds nothing. It's kind of like the temple where Rotscale is, the gate in Lion's Arch (not the one from Gates of Kryta, but the other one), or the castle in Kessex Peak. It's just there, except that it has some kind of portal up there. eye candy..

Yeah but you can go over and fight rotscale, and solo him

So that's where that castle was? I have to go visit again. I took a pic of it back in October last year. After taking a couple of months off from the game and then coming back I couldn't remember for the life of me where I took that picture from.

yeah but you can't go inside the temple behind him.. the whole area is used in a cinematic, though..

Do any Lynx or monsters ever spawn on the castle grounds?

Well mainly the ones i capture instead of leting them go into the wild i let them roam the courtyard though occasionally I have to play referee cause you know how those lynx/stalkers light to fight with wolves and such. ocassionally a monste gets in but why do you think i have pets =D. There is nothing more beautiful than seeing an army of pets kill a invading rotscale.

So....you'd be opposed to killing said animal for teleportation purposes?

lol, poor lynx, sacrificed for traversal purposes.. actually I think the game only generates animal on the same grounds where players can travel to. I've never seen an animal on that mysterious island.
