Now I know that there will be 15k versions of factions armor with skins unique to Kurzick and Luxon. But here's the question, do you think we will be able change the faction points like in the preview event so that it would allow us to buy all versions of the armor from both Kurzick and Luxon?

Sure we can. Buy Kurzick armor, do alot of Luxon quests and buy Luxon armor. BAM! Luxon and Kurzick armor!

It's not what I think, it's not what you think either. Before factions comes out we can't say for sure. Or if we actually do I'd like to see some tangible evidence.

well from what i'm read about factions if you choose one side and get favor with them, the other sides merchants won't sell/work for you

Yea you can still switch, the more you help one side, the more the other one "hates" you, and the more you switch, the harder it is to switch again.
That's what i've read.

So in theory if I stay on the border line of both getting what I need till I have everything from both. I could get all the armors I want before actually choosing a faction for permanent.

Faction is totaled by account, just like Balthazar faction points. So if you have two chars, you can advance faction on both sides. (Or so it appears...check the factions tab using the 'H' key.)
So I did the crush/destroy quests with 2 different chars, now I have an equal number of faction points with each side.
