I want to ask for a friend in england to buy for me a key for factions and send me by email...
But i live in brazil and my default region is america...
And... i can mix my american guildwars + european factions?

I don't believe there is any difference in the keys, so AFAIK you should not have any trouble mixing like that.

Your right, there is no difference between american and european keys. The server you are on is simply set at install time. There is however a difference between the above and korean/japanese/taiwanese/etc keys due to the nature of gaming cafe's, etc over there.
