PC on Gold Chaos Axe

Ok thanks in advance for your help. I realise that the mods are lame, but i personally dont like buying or selling stuff with perfect mods as sellers seem to think the mods make the item worth heaps and most buyers have thier own preferred mods. So i was pretty much just wondering if the +13% in stance is worth trying to sell this. Also I got a gold shadow shield if you's wouldn't mind PC'ing that as well.

Sundering Chaos Axe of Warding

+13%dmg (in Stance)
Armour Penetration 10%/(7% chance)
+4 Armour (vs. Elemental Attacks)

Shadow Shield

Armour 16. (req 8 Str)
+10 Armour (vs Charr)

Frost Artifact

+12energy (req12 water)
+5 Armour (while attacking)
+54 Health (while Hexed)

Cool thanks again, I found the artifact sitting in my storage so i thought may as well add it, probably just something to merchant but then again i dont know anything about the elementist stuff.
