Goto the weapon mods page it'll tell you that info but since i have been there already you will be doing very to sell that for anything, most people will only buy 18-20% longer enchants and if they dont want to spend big 15-17% ones, but unless you think you can find a newbie who knows what that is and needs one I'd suggest merchant it. but thats just me.

If you want to sell it most below par mods go for any from 200gold - 500gold
