Ivory Bow

I saw a few 15^50s PCed at ~150. Obviously while enchanted isnt the best condition for a ranger so I don't expect it to be anywhere near 150 but whats the going rate for a sweet skined bow like this?

req 10 and while enchanted... i'd think 30k range...
