Question about shadow staff

Can unid shadow staff worth 40k? is it depend on the type req? pls can some 1 tell me

The value of any item is based on Damage, Req, Damage mod, and then other mods. If you are selling an unidentified item, then the better the req and damage mod are, the more it'll be worth. The lower the req. the better and the higher the damage mod the better. I think you'll have a hard time selling unidentified items anymore. Not impossible just getting harder to do.

EDIT: Also some players will pay more for a rare skin.
