LOL thats like 60-70k its perfect. Try 75 first. High req. But very good bonuses, and for a lvl 20 ele with 16 fire it doesnt matter. Nice job.

20% skill recharge would have been nicer, but it's still good.. I'd say around 60k+

cool! like rago's only mods are opposite and higher req but as nanii said eles don't give a damn on req. agree with other's pcs
