1. depends on skin, if normal around 3-5k, feathered 8k
2. a couple of plats

long bow = 1-2k
Bone staff = merchant

Normal skin: it looks plain brown in your inventory, feathered has a nicer look with feathers (figures). Use the search function to find some pics of it.
A couple=1-2k
