a build i like

here is a pve build i use a fair bit but i dont think it is thats good
anywho here goes

Chaos storm
Echo {e}
Archane echo
energy tap
spirit of failure
backfire
shatter enchantment ~ not needed
rez sig

basicly you just cast spirit of failure on somone then echo ~ chaos strom ~ archane echo ~ echoed chaos storm ~ archane echoed chaso strom

if you do this well and have good tanks trapping your opponents you can get enemies for 39 health per second and -6 energy when they cast i know this is lame but i like it =)
oh and use backfire randomly on casters
