Mo/Me help

I got my dad playing Guild Wars a month or so ago and he chose to be a Mo/Me. He is needing a little help finding some more offensive builds for his character. I looking a the build directory here at Guru but all of them were heal or prot monk builds. So, any offensive Monk mesmer builds you all know and could tell me about would be nice. thanks.

how about manta of recall, energy stealing (not sure which skill), arcane echo (to doube use a skill) and for some time, i was cariing chaos storm , so if i saw aggro comin to me id cast it on my own spot, so monsters would hang by me and run away (like aviacra or minotaurs...)

but i experiment alot, you can come up with great builds, just that mesmer is the hardest proffession to master, even as secondary
