I saw someone with Factions armor

Today, I was hanging out in the great temple of balthazar and I saw a warrior with guild wars factions armor. Sentinel's armor to be exact. how and where do they get it? i was going to take a screenshot but they left when he caught me looking at him.

they get to keep their pvp char with faction armor

He just kept a pvp warrior he made during the preview event

Those chars werent deleted, the faction skills were just locked.

ok thanks for the reply. no wonder when i tried to make a pvp character with the same armor, it wouldn't let me. so it was from the preview event. too bad i missed it.
