So... Soul reaping, gives them more energy when the spirits die. how about kill the spirit guy, or better yet, just kill the necros. Job done :/

regarding the spirits - i believe you can heal them (remembers doing so, was it updated?) so there shouldn't be a problem with them beeing considered creature that can trigger soul reaping upon death.

omg i got bloodspiked! instead of reviewing my build and/or debriefing with the team i go and rant on a forum that this spirit spammer really needs to be nerfed -- one sec: where did i put my bad english?

well the OP is a troll but he got the point.

is Soul reaping work on spirit balanced?

lets check the energy cost for a spike

10 + 10 (shodow + vamp gaze)

without qz

13+13

with qz

since the necro are supposed to act also as healer you will see if the other team are making a decent pressure after 2 spike without soul reaping mean run out for energy for spiking and healing.

with a spirit spammer who is spamming spirit you can lean down ever 7-8 second a new spirit who give you 9 energy. witch mean the spirit spammer if leaved alone will give 3 pips of regen to 6 necro...

and killing the enemy player for trigger the soul reaping is not reliable : you cant kill a target without afterspike , witch mean the infuser have 0.75(aftercast) + 1(vamp gaze) to infuse the target ...

and i pwnz blood spike ever time is not a good reason to say its fine as it.

Stop complaining about Blood Spike and bring cry of frustration to counter it. Just like you bring sheilds up to counter ranger spike and corspe control to counter IWAY.

There is no balance issue with soul reaping. In most cases its rather underpowered.

Um, I believe there are Necros on IWAY teams. So how is that anti-IWAY? I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you can't shoot your own spirits? So you can't really kill them for energy. In fact I'm positive you can't cause I just logged on and tried.

Anything else I can say is, boo-hoo, someone found a good build other than IWAY. Wait I have a solution, quit fame farming and come up with a decent build to counter it!

EDIT: I tried doing it in a PvE map, so maybe PvP it does work.
