hm, the 10% recharge is nice, but the armor mod isnt perf i believe, i think +7 while hexed is perf, since theres +7 vs ele/phy too, so hm. hard to decide. lol~~ I have a +5 armor while attacking / 10% recharge all, but not to sure if +5 is max for that, eh. well, Im guessing 5-20k, around there im assuming I think, if it does have 12 eng

Yeah, it's +12 energy. And again, to specificy it's 10% CASTING speed and not skill recharge :S.
