Is this Fire Staff worth anything?

well, i'm sure its worth "something" with one perfect mod, but how much?

max gold Fire staff, req 9, 20% casting on Fire spells, crippling is reduced by 20% on you

id say about 25-50k clean, nice 20% firemod, but the other is kind of crappy, but yet still useful vs wars, and btw, whats the skin?

didnt specifically look at skin, i wasnt aware regular staffs had different skins. :-P just says "fire staff" ya know... ty
